Our class offerings are a celebration of life focused on awakening the very essence of who we are. We are devoted to creating an atmosphere that encourages freedom in both movement and expression, cultivating passion and creativity in our community. We teach postures (asana), flowing sequences (vinyasa), slow-moving or held postures (sthana), breathing (pranayama), and meditative practices.
Each time you attend a Yoga for Trees class, we'll sponsor a tree being planted in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. We've planted 3526 trees in 30.5 months!
Pre-registration is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all classes. Some classes REQUIRE pre-registration. We have a two hour cancellation policy. Classes not canceled within our policy are forfeited.
